An LPG-related problem rarely announces itself clearly: a lean-mixture code, a rough idle, a hesitant switch-over. Powertechnics fault-detection devices and programs are built to help workshops trace those symptoms back to the source, so the right part gets fixed the first time.

03Tuning and software

LPG that drives like petrol.

The air-fuel ratio decides whether an LPG vehicle feels like a petrol one or throws fuel-trim codes. We develop AFR tuning methods that measure the real mixture with a wideband sensor on the road, across idle, cruise and full load, and then correct the fuel map until the engine can’t tell the difference.

Project software for new vehicles.

Every new model arrives with its own injection strategy, communication and self-diagnosis. We write the project software that lets LPG systems support these vehicles properly, and keep supporting the next ones.
